Ingredients:

1 pound sliced carrots or whole baby carrots1 Tablespoon butter1 Tablespoon Orange Ginger Spice Blend2 Tablespoons Orange JuiceOrange for Zest or Strips of Peel

Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in sauce panAdd Carrots to the skillet.Add 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice with Orange Zest or strips of Orange peel.Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon Orange Ginger Spice BlendSimmer uncovered until all the liquid has evaporated and carrots are tender and nicely glazed.
