Ingredients:

Fish Fillets – Catfish, Tilapia or your favorite fish! Try this with scallops, too!Melted Butter or OilHot & Spicy Stye Cajun Spice Blend

Brush fish with oil or dip in melted butter.Generously coat with Hot & Spicy Cajun Spice BlendHeat a skillet until hot. A cast iron skillet is best.Fry 2 to 3 minutes per side.Serve with fresh lemon wedges and melted butter.
