Ingredients

Potatoes 2 Tablespoon oil2 Tablespoons Roast Vegetables & Fries Spice BlendSour Cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Cut washed, unpeeled potatoes into thick wedges.Toss wedges in a bowl with oil and spice blend.Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.Turn wedges halfway through the cooking time.Bake for 35 minutes until golden, crisp and baked through.Serve immediately with sour cream.
