Two TIPS that require special attention when used it in a home ressure boosting application:

Water pressure regulator (buy separately) must be installed before the inlet of the pump if you use it to pressurize tap water(P≥21psi)Not recommended for houses which are taller than 50ft, otherwise the pump will not restart automatically

Why your 0.6HP pumps have the same performance like other 1.6HP pumps?

In most cases, the greater the power, the stronger the performance. So some sellers will deliberately exaggerate these parameter, in order to obtain better competitiveness. Some sellers describe their products as 1.6HP, actually it may be less than 1HP. As a professional seller, we prefer to show real data to our customers.

Why do your pumps have half the energy consumption than others as both of your pumps’ flow rate are 900GPH.

Our pumps’ motor are more efficient. It’s flow rate is 900GPH, which is as strong as the old typed 1.6HP pump. High efficiency does not only bring low energy consumption, but also reduces heat generation to extend service life and reduce noise.

Can I install the pump by myself? Do I need a professional to maintain or repair it?

Installation and maintenance is very simple. We have already prepared the necessary accessories for your installation. The basic model has only one remoable handle (in the accessory bag), the mechanical switch and pressure gauge of the A model, and the automatic electronic switch of the B model are also easy to install and remove. In addition to motor or impeller damage, other conventional damage can be resolved by replacing the parts yourself.

Why can’t my pump pump any water? The flow is not steady?

For the first time, it is recommended to fill the pump head with water. Otherwise it will affect the suction. If you have done, please check if the bottom valve leaks.

If the flow is very small, may caused by the insufficient water supply. Please check the water level of your well and extend the water pipe if necessary.
